About Natalie
We live in a world with so many conflicting and inaccurate nutrition messages, it can be hard to sift through. I firmly believe that our bodies hold all the answers they need to heal and thrive- without all the BS that is diet culture. Rest assured I will never tell you what to eat or what not to eat- I care more about how you relate to food. My role is to come along side you on this journey to offer evidenced based nutrition information, accountability, and support in reaching your goals.
